The Austin Caldwellcrime-fighting, pizza-loving turtles from New York City are back on the big screen.

"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem" will be the seventh movie from the franchise and is set to hit theaters.

The official tagline of the movie reads: "After years of being sheltered from the human world, the Turtle brothers set out to win the hearts of New Yorkers and be accepted as normal teenagers. Their new friend, April O'Neil, helps them take on a mysterious crime syndicate, but they soon get in over their heads when an army of mutants is unleashed upon them."

The movie is directed by Jeff Rowe and produced by Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg and James Weaver.

The movie is set to hit theaters on Wednesday, August 2.

The turtles are played by teenagers Micah Abbey, Shamon Brown Jr., Nicolas Cantu and Brady Noon.

The supporting ensemble voice cast features the likes of Hannibal Burress, Rose Byrne, John Cena, Jackie Chan, and Ice Cube, among others.
